Met deze benoeming versterkt het veterinaire farmaceutische bedrijf zijn managementteam en zet het een belangrijke stap in de ondersteuning van zijn internationale groeistrategie.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>De benoeming komt op een belangrijk moment voor Dopharma. Sinds de lancering van de Export Growth Strategy versnelt het bedrijf zijn groei buiten Europa, met een sterke focus op snelgroeiende markten in Azi\u00eb, het Midden-Oosten, Noord-Afrika en Sub-Sahara Afrika. Naarmate Dopharma zijn internationale aanwezigheid verder uitbreidt, is verdere professionalisering van de financi\u00eble organisatie essentieel om duurzame groei mogelijk te maken.<\/p>\n<p>Frido Leendertse is de afgelopen twee jaar nauw betrokken geweest bij Dopharma als Interim Financial Consultant. In die periode ondersteunde hij de organisatie bij uiteenlopende financi\u00eble en strategische projecten en werkte hij intensief samen met zowel het management als de Raad van Commissarissen. Hierdoor heeft hij een diepgaand inzicht gekregen in de ambities, cultuur en langetermijnvisie van Dopharma.<\/p>\n<p>Als Group CFO zal Leendertse zich richten op het versterken van de financi\u00eble governance, het verbeteren van managementinformatie en het ondersteunen van de toenemende internationale activiteiten van de onderneming. Zijn verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer de verdere professionalisering van financi\u00eble processen en het cre\u00ebren van de financi\u00eble basis die nodig is voor verdere internationale expansie, strategische samenwerkingen en toekomstige groeikansen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frido Leendertse, Group CFO Dopharma:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\"Dopharma staat aan de vooravond van een nieuwe, uitdagende fase van internationale groei.
