In the ‘Meet the team’ series, it’s time to introduce the Marketing Team of Dopharma. Every outing you see from Dopharma, whether it’s a brochure, product flyer or social media post, there’s a huge chance the Marketing Team has been the driving force behind this.

With a clear objective to ensure that internal and external customers can meet their customers’ needs in a service-oriented way, with added-value content, the focus of the team is in line with the companies objectives towards 2029.

Let’s meet the members of the team

Since 2022, Arno has been Marketing Communication Manager at Dopharma. In this role, he is responsible for the corporate side of marketing and communication. As team manager, he also focuses on developing team members and building efficient teams that contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives. Not only for the Marketing Team, but also for the Labels Team and partly for the Technical Support Team. In his spare time, he is currently mostly impatiently waiting for the completion of his new apartment in Eindhoven.

Anouk started her career at Dopharma in 2003 with an internship. A year later, she joined the team as a marketing assistant. After completing additional studies, she advanced to the role of Marketing Manager. When Arno joined the team a few years ago, Anouk was given the opportunity to focus more on product marketing and now works as a Marketing Specialist. Her responsibilities include coordinating marketing activities for the launch of new products, following up on market feedback, maintaining product information on the websites, managing product-specific websites, and preparing external newsletters.

She lives in Raamsdonksveer and, in typical Dutch fashion, cycles to the office every day. In her free time, she and her partner enjoy walking their dog. During holidays, they explore nature parks throughout Europe and venture off the beaten track with geocaching. Additionally, Anouk enjoys (trail) running and working out at the gym.

Patrick is 54 years old and lives in Schijf, a small village in Brabant near the Belgian border. In 2021, he started working at Dopharma as a graphic designer for pharmaceutical print materials. Since 2024, he has been fully focused on providing graphic support for the marketing department. In this role, he creates designs for both digital and physical communications, such as flyers, brochures, annual reports, exhibition stands, TV screens, and much more. It’s a fun and creative job in which he mainly uses Adobe programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

In addition to his work at Dopharma, Patrick runs his own business, Visual4All, on Fridays and Saturdays. Through this company, he offers similar services to (starting) self-employed individuals and small to medium-sized enterprises. In his free time, he has been active as an amateur musician for over 35 years, performing as a drummer and singer in various bands. Currently, he plays covers of well-known artists in a genre he likes to call “Dialect Farm Rock,” and also writes original songs with lyrics in the Brabant dialect.

Sanne is 25 years old and lives with her partner in Someren. She works at Dopharma as a Digital Marketing Assistant. About two years ago, she started at Dopharma as a Marketing Trainee, and after graduating, she joined the team full-time. Her role is broad and supportive in nature. She is mainly responsible for internal communications, such as sending out the internal newsletter and co-managing the intranet. She also helps maintain the company’s websites and keeps the social media channels up to date. In addition, she provides support for both internal and external events. In short, a true all-rounder.

In her spare time, Sanne enjoys going for walks, grabbing a bite or a drink with friends, and once the festival season kicks off, she’s the first to get her hands on tickets.
