Dopharma introduces: Phenoxypen® WSP for swine
Dopharma first launched Phenoxypen in 2006, for use in chickens. The active component is phenoxymethylpenicillin or penicillin V. From the beginning we knew that this narrow spectrum penicillin has more opportunities.
After years of studies, we are happy to share that Phenoxypen is now also authorised for use in swine. The new indication for pigs offers a practical, effective, and targeted treatment for streptococcal infections.
On this webpage you can follow the developments. We will publish technical bulletins in which we share veterinary knowledge, and other supportive materials.
