Inflammation as the underlying factor
It doesn’t matter which factors affect your flocks, which you are taking care of, the first reaction on contact with factors affecting bird’s homeostasis is inflammation. All those factors trigger local physiological responses following contact with damaging agents, leading to increased vascular permeability and the release of a range of inflammatory mediators.
